Fire at fish and chip shop

FIREFIGHTERS were called to put out a blaze at a fish and chip shop in Colchester.
Crews from Colchester and Wivenhoe rushed to the Fish 'n' Chick'n shop at The Willows off Mersea Road at about 2.15pm today.
The cause of the fire is not yet known but the crews were able to bring it under control using a hose and breathing apparatus.
