"Tornado" rips through town

A MINI tornado was reported in Clacton.
Witnesses have described how it ripped through the Carrs Road area.
Elsewhere torrential wind and rain has caused chaos across north Essex.
In Colchester buildings and streets have been flooded.
Fire crews have reported that a number of trees have come crashing down on roads.
The power supply has also been affected in some areas.
