Big turn out for housing consultation

RESIDENTS turned out to express their fears at a consultation over a massive new housing development.
More than a hundred people attended the exhibition outlining an ambitious 1,800 home proposal earmarked for private fields near Nayland Road.
Developers Mersea Homes and Countryside Properties are also looking to build new schools, a shopping area and countryside walkways over the 100 hectare site.
