A MUM is facing a potential prison sentence as her daughter has not attended school for eight months in a row over her “human rights.” The mum says St Helena School in Colchester's isolation policy, where disruptive pupils are placed in an empty room as a punishment, is a violation of her 16-year-old daughter’s human rights.
