WHEN it comes to feeding the VIP guests at V Festival, the organisers turn to an established Essex company.
For the third year running, family-run Moving Feasts will serve more than 6,000 mouth-watering dishes over the course of the weekend in the Virgin Media Louder Lounge .
From line-caught mackerel fillets from the shores of Mersea, lightly smoked and marinated in a sweet chilli sauce, to minted butterfly lamb with charred cherry tomatoes, Moving Feasts will offer something to tickle all its guests’ tastebuds.
Moving Feasts sources all of its fresh meat, fish, salad and fruit from local businesses, supporting the community in the process.
Tasked with providing the finest meat for this remarkable menu, Churchgate Sausage Shop in Old Harlow will be creating a range of exquisite Toulouse sausages made exclusively for Louder Lounge guests, alongside succulent eco-friendly tomatoes plucked fresh from the greenhouses of Guy and Wright tomato farm in Much Hadham, Ware.
Lynda Beverley, who founded Moving Feasts in 1997, said: “We are dedicated to using the freshest ingredients and are delighted to return to the Louder Lounge to serve great food, prepared from the best suppliers in Essex.”
