Funding sought for pavilion upgrade in Mersea

Councillors will pursue funding to rebuild a dilapidated pavilion on Mersea Island.
Around £1million will be needed for the scheme at the Glebe Pavilion, Colchester Road, which had to be shelved a year ago due to the recession.
