This site is a non profit making enterprise that started life as a learning tool to show a small group of secondary school students how web sites are constructed, maintained and optimised. The small amount of revenue generated from Google advertising links on the site is put towards hosting costs, so please click on a Google link to enable us to continue developing the site. We are constantly looking for new content, and any contributions or ideas will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks to all who have already taken the time to express ideas and comments, and especially to those who have given us a nudge to get the tide timetable up to date! If anyone would like to edit their own local interest topic or page, let us know, as we are keen to promote wider content ownership and contribution opportunities.
